I am very disappointed in the service department, I called them to fix a chip in my windshield that was under a warranty that I paid extra for when I purchased the vehicle back in November from Orland. Merrillville is closer, so I called to schedule a time to take it I to be repaired. I was told by a woman in the service department in Merrillville that I would have to bring the car in for a photo first. Then, they would send the photos in for prior authorization.
