Great service, all staff are very professional and fixed on the first attempt.
I had appointment at 9:00am,dropped the car at 8:50am. Had to wait until 10:30. They didn't check tire pressure. And forgot to put oil cap back on the engine. Now my car smells like burnt oil inside and out. And it was 1st oil change on my new Lincoln nautilus 2025. How would you like it !?
I would leave less than a star if I could. I had to get all new tires because 1 was bad due to all wheel drive vehicle. Had to come here for an extra 4 hour wait because they didn’t check to be sure valve stem was here when tires were. Very disappointing! People are nice here but just overall bad customer service and def not efficient. Wasting my time!!
Absolutely love my new Lincoln Corsair! A huge thank you to my salesman Mike Jones and manager Steve for making my purchasing experience less stressful and actually fun!! Thanks guys, I will be back!
