The worst service center in Northwest IN. I have consistently gotten bad service from this company. The latest and last experience was to get a maintenance check up. Should have been simple. The tech, Randy, told me to bring it in that day. No scheduling, just come in. That should have been my first red flag. I bring it in the shop and they pull it right in. This is 9 am. Art Hill is the best. I was told to go see Steve, I saw Steve and now I have a brand new Explorer. He made everything as smooth as possible and made my mother and I feel like family. My salesman, Nino, answered every question and was very polite and patient with us.

First time purchasing a car. Got caught into spending too much on warranty, but overall decent experience. My car battery was dead before I could test drive it and they spent an hour changing it and making sure it was good to go. Got $300 off the price of the car for making me wait an hour to replace the dead battery. Kind guys and I felt at this car dealership they were a little better at not taking all your money than others may have been.
