This would be a five star review if my oil filter was properly tightened after every service. This would be a five star review if my tires were rotated every time I paid for the service. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to make sure I receive quality service. This would be a five star review if Art Hill Ford wasn't trying to buy five star reviews with a crappy oil change that may or may not need to come back to the shop.
I had a very disappointing service experience at Art Hill Lincoln, specifically with a service advisor named Dan. After paying $2,100 for repairs, I picked up my vehicle on Thursday and shortly after driving it, the check engine light came on, and the car began cutting off.
