I’ve been using this dealership to service my Lincoln for many years. When I was initially informed of mobile service I jumped at the chance to use it due to my work schedule. Initially used service back in April with no issues. Used again 07/18/2026 and what I complete difference. Service techs arrived on time. I'd been dealing with an ongoing car issue that another shop couldn't resolve after two visits, and Tiffany at the front desk made the whole process so much easier. She was responsive, kept me updated, and made sure the issue actually got addressed this time, connecting me with a team that correctly diagnosed the broken part and got it scheduled for replacement.
