Are negative stars a thing? My family was treated very nicely by the sales person at this place. The sales person came back and told us that our payments would not vary between a range which fit our budget. Due to Labor Day the finance person told us she was sorry and all banks were closed. Off we drove in our new Suburban. Fast forward a few days the finance woman- Kate Cooper calls me back to say that she can’t actually get financing due to the mileage on the car and sometimes this happens? I purchased my vehicle about a week ago. My sales rep was Rick K, and he was amazing and very easy to work with. I had absolutely no problems with him. If you must buy here, definitely ask for Rick K! He is a good, honest man. The dealership itself however, I do not recommend, and would advise buying at any other dealer.
