Rima is the best! She’s super thorough and knowledgeable. She really helps you understand the process while she’s doing it and you can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very passionate about it. Her set up is extremely clean. She gives great after care instructions and always checks in on you the day after. Thank you Rima!
I found Rima to be professional, friendly, and I felt she had my best interests in mind. She was very prompt to respond via text and worked with my schedule. I found her to be knowledgeable about her field and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for permanent hair removal. I decided to go back to laser for more sessions and she did not try to convince me to continue with electrology. When I’m ready to move on from laser, she’s someone I would trust to finish off the dumb little follicles.
I’m SO glad I found Rima! After trying two other electrologists, I was honestly starting to feel discouraged. What drew me in to Art Electrolysis was my initial conversation with Rima. She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable and reasonable. Literally any question I had, she had an answer to. Shes also very accommodating when I've had to bring my son with and working with my schedule. I've only had 4 treatments so far and I'm already noticing improvement with the thinning of my hair. I plan on seeing this process thru til the end.
Rima is wonderful! She is honest, caring, and genuinely good at what she does. I really appreciate that she is straightforward about the process and always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Most importantly, I have seen great results with my electrolysis and am so happy with my progress. I highly recommend Rima to anyone considering electrolysis!
