I called Art Douglas Plumbing needing help with my dripping faucet. Stewart came out and gave me an estimate. I live on a very tight budget and I knew I would not be able to do any better, his price was very fair! Had my sink fixed while he was here and I couldn't ask for any more. He was great!
We had Art Douglas plumbing install a new gas line for a gas insert fireplace, and we worked with Robert. Although the quote was not the cheapest one we received we went with them because of professionalism, and we could tell the job would be done safely and correctly. They also pulled a permit from the city to have their work inspected, which was great peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy.
Great experience. My first time using Art Douglas call for a slow drain and within the hour Robert showed up and took care of my problem. Will be using them in the future.
We needed a Backflow job done in a hurry and Stewart came out and did it asap!!!! He was nice and helpful with all questions we had. He made sure we were taken care of!!! We will definitely call Art Douglas for any future needs!!!!
