Last year I toured nearly every apartment building downtown and Art Deco Lofts and Apartments are by far the cleanest, most spacious and best value I have found. Parking is easy, mainenance is quick and although I haven't needed to call them, the 24/7 security makes me feel safe. The common areas are always pristine and I have the sweetest neighbors. Nikki and Yatziry do a great job communicating and they truly treat their tenants like family!
Stuff like that need a journey man to improve the project...
I have absolutely loved my time at this apartment. Perfect location to walk to anything in the downtown area and the quickest drive from anywhere else. Also, the staff is super on point of any questions or concerns and take great care inside to out of the complex. Furthermore, the biggest thing is the 24/7 security. I have never felt unsafe when around the building day or night. Always felt comfortable being home and enjoy the friendly environment through the building. Highly recommend the place to anyone!
Awesome place to live. Great management team that responds very quickly to any requests or issues (which very rarely pop up). They also do a great job with community-building events.
I have lived here for almost 2 years & have loved my time here. I have never had an issue with noise or safety. There is a secure parking garage that leads directly into the building. Management is always quick to respond if I have needed anything & has been very accommodating. I highly recommend living here to anyone interested in moving downtown.
