I have absolutely loved my time at this apartment. Perfect location to walk to anything in the downtown area and the quickest drive from anywhere else. Also, the staff is super on point of any questions or concerns and take great care inside to out of the complex. Furthermore, the biggest thing is the 24/7 security. I have never felt unsafe when around the building day or night. Always felt comfortable being home and enjoy the friendly environment through the building. Highly recommend the place to anyone!
Awesome place to live. Great management team that responds very quickly to any requests or issues (which very rarely pop up). They also do a great job with community-building events.
I have lived here for almost 2 years & have loved my time here. I have never had an issue with noise or safety. There is a secure parking garage that leads directly into the building. Management is always quick to respond if I have needed anything & has been very accommodating. I highly recommend living here to anyone interested in moving downtown.
Tulsa Art Deco Lofts and Apartments! If you are looking to spend some time in a beautiful, urban, downtown environment, check them out! Located within walking distance of EVERYTHING: TPAC, BOK Center, Tulsa Arts District and dozens of great restaurants! We initially committed to a 1-year lease, but ended up spending over 3 years! The staff is so friendly and gracious. And we will always have wonderful memories from our “Views From the 5th.”
I lived here for two years and I loved it. Their maintenance and safety were always available quickly. If there were ever issues or potential issues I was offered accommodations at no cost. There is a gym, secure, covered parking for additional cost. It was also downtown but in a more quiet part in my opinion. I would live here again or rent from this family's business. Thank you all so much for taking care of me while I lived in Tulsa.
