PLEASE BE ADVISED, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE, ESPECIALLY STEVEN DUNHAM! HE IS VERY RUDE, A NARCISSIST, AND APPEARS TO HATE IS JOB. I moved into Art Center Townhomes on May 1st, 2026, and it has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first day, there were multiple unresolved maintenance issues — leaking kitchen and bathroom plumbing, broken blinds, and fire detector alarms beeping nonstop. I have called this place for over a week and they still didn't answer my call they haven't call me back yet n I requested a application for there place an i still haven't received it yet but the answering machine say they will mail u out an application due to Covid an Covid been over with for 4yrs now n when I tried to call them back the machine is FULLED so they can't received any more calls, do anybody work there or is that a front to not answer your call maybe I should call the Housing Commissions office about this.
