Thomas kinkade website uses this company to fulfill their orders. They are quick to respond but most likely I will never order from the site again. The timeframe is just ridiculous. I ordered my items on November 29th. It is now dec 12th and I have no idea what’s going to happen. I was told it would ship today the other day, with no updates. It’s coming close to Christmas and it’s ridiculous I have stuff for gifts. I could have taken the hour drive and went to the store and maybe had a quicker turn around. I ordered a Redlin print via Wild Wings on Nov. 30. So far I've got nothing but a charge on my credit card. I called to cancel and was told a customer rep would call me back. Nothing. I've sent multiple emails. Nothing. I received a UPS tracking number that's gone no where. Awating package. At the least they have poor customer service. At the worst they're a scam. I'd avoid them.

We ordered a Disney Thomas Kinkade print from this gallery. The print was framed and shipped in a decent time frame. When we opened the box, there was some slight damage to the frame. I contacted Monica with pictures of the frame. She was able to replace our frame. Unfortunately, we had to take the print out of the frame and send the frame back. She sent us a new frame with the hardware and instructions to put it back together. This was a little disheartening that the entire piece wasn’t sent back and reframed at the gallery... read more
