I got an autographed personal picture with Mike Trout and I framed at this store. I spent so much for the photo opportunity and to get my photo signed. I got my photo customed framed. After a few days my photo started feeling off from the matt it was framed behind. I took my photo back in to get Fixed. Besides that issue the framer employee from this location bent the corner of my pic. They framed my pic poorly and if I look at my pic from an angle my photo isn't flat it is wavy.
