I can't fully give an opinion about this particular visit. Arsine was fine. It's three overall service of Intermountain and the incompetent manner in which matters are handled.
My experience with Arsine has always been positive. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and a wonderful listener with a wonderful personality!
