Wow! We are impressed. We have lived in France. This is the REAL deal. We just tried to ham and cheese croissant. Hot out of the oven. My husband said is was like a crunchy savory snowflake w emmentaler(sp?). The almond croissant may have rum inside. IDK, but it is a joy to eat. So happy they opened in the old Blissful Bites location near corner of Clement, on Arguello.
