Mike and Glen Arseneau did the plumbing work when I had my basement finished off. That was almost twenty years ago and there have been no problems with the system at all. This year I decided I wanted an air conditioner/heat split installed, so I contacted them to do the work. I called for a small job and they were not helpful.
Contacted to have gas stove disconnected for kitchen flooring install. No showed and no calls. I called multiple times, no answer. Left voicemail and no response. All set with lack of professionalism. No way to run a business.
