Never rent from this place or Washington st properties. Total scam, I rented from arsenal st apt for short term. You can smell weed and cat pee as soon as you walk in, carpets are never vacuumed. Very loud, filled with disruptive people. Not safe because side doors easily open from outside yet key fob for front door. I've had many homeless people wander into the building. Tried to move out before lease expired because of safety and other issues but they are taking my security to pay for another month because of no notice. Pa... read more
