I scheduled a maintenance call for between 8 and noon. I had not heard from anyone at 10am so I called and was told the dispatcher would call me back. At 10:45 I had not heard so I called back- got the same response. At 11:30 AM I called again and asked to speak to someone in the office, they said they could not do that but someone would call me back. At 12:15 I called back again and they said they would transfer me, waited on hold for 15min and someone ever came back on. They have TERRIBLE service- I just want to know when/... read more

I recently had an HVAC purchase/installation done by ARS via Home Depot. It's too early to make a judgement of final purchase, but all of the ARS associates I've dealt with have been courteous and helpful from the sales manager to the installers. The installers were particularly helpful and conducted themselves professionally. My only concern (and why the 4 star instead of 5) was that a 100% payment was required up front with no formal, written contractual agreement. After ARS/HomeDepot sold and installed a new AC/Heat-pump for my basement, we found an issue with the existing ducts that they promised to come out and rework for us, this was back in late Nov. 2019, after multiple calls and texts in late Dec., Joey Slice (the original sales person) promised they would come out and do the fix free of charge in Jan. 2020 since they failed to respond, it is now late Feb., and even with additional requests for the promised follow-up, we have heard back ZERO from them, it seems that after the sa... read more

These guys came in to do a routine HVAC service check-up. They said I had dust and mildew building up in the hoses. First, they tried to sell me a $2,300 fan for my ventilation system, or allow them to clean it for approx. $1200. So I decided to do some cost comparison but 3 days later my heat went out. I called them back many times and got no answer. So it cost me $600 to fix my unit.
