I scheduled a maintenance call for between 8 and noon. I had not heard from anyone at 10am so I called and was told the dispatcher would call me back. At 10:45 I had not heard so I called back- got the same response. At 11:30 AM I called again and asked to speak to someone in the office, they said they could not do that but someone would call me back. At 12:15 I called back again and they said they would transfer me, waited on hold for 15min and someone ever came back on. They have TERRIBLE service- I just want to know when/... read more

I recently had an HVAC purchase/installation done by ARS via Home Depot. It's too early to make a judgement of final purchase, but all of the ARS associates I've dealt with have been courteous and helpful from the sales manager to the installers. The installers were particularly helpful and conducted themselves professionally. My only concern (and why the 4 star instead of 5) was that a 100% payment was required up front with no formal, written contractual agreement. I received receipt of payment, but no detail of the agree... read more

I recently had an HVAC purchase/installation done by ARS via Home Depot. do not return your calls or back up their warranty.i have been trying to get them to repair the filter access slot bracket which is not installed correctly at installation.i am still waiting since second week of August.

This company took advantage of my elderly parents yesterday. Told them they had a contract and it was time for their check in. Since my parents use another company with letters in their name, they trusted and got confused when this company came and did nothing. No filter change, nothing - but a fee of $60. When my mother called to tell them, they offered no support, no explanation or customer service. Pretty much - too bad, so sad on my 86 year old mother. Tech came out saw they didn’t install the unit and told me exactly what I knew was wrong with it. Never looked at unit upstairs and did not give me anything how to fix it only to replace it. Then charged me $59. Do not recommend this company to anyone beware of radio ads...

Worst HVAC service I’ve ever experienced. The system they installed constantly has issues and they will not come out for service if it’s raining.
