I would not recommend. Scheduled a tune-up appointment a week in advance. They gave a 12-4pm window and said they'd call before arriving. At 12:20pm on the appointment date they called to say they finished the prior job and would be heading my way, with a stop for lunch first, so ~45 minutes. I knew it would be at least an hour, but fine. Well 2 hours after the call, no news, so I called and couldn't get an answer because the central call center couldn't even reach the local dispatcher, so she "created a ticket" for someone ... read more
Our water heater went out and the part is not in town. ARS has done everything they can to help us including putting in a temporary heater until the part comes in!
Richard Sicaro was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, easy to follow, took the time to answer all my questions. Explained things in detail and I felt like he really knew his business. When Miguel and David came to install my new unit they were very thorough and walked me thru every step. They were also very cautious of my floor and carpet!
Thomas Powell was our technician. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He went out of his way to be thorough and discuss options. He was a huge help to us. I am so grateful! Thank you Mr. Powell!
