Bad review to this company. Never used the service but saw the employee littering in the middle of the road.
We are on a plan with ARS where they come out twice a year to check on our HVAC units. When they came a few weeks ago, they discovered a huge leak in our plenum which was causing us to lose heat, use our unit more and have huge electric bills! Jeremy, the tech who came out to do the check gave us a quote on replacing the plenum, cleaning the blower wheel, and other services that would make our system more efficient.
