ARC is honest and reliable. I strongly recommend their company. I thought I had a water meter link. It was discovered that the link belongs to my neighbor’s meter. My neighbor didn’t tell me that they already someone to fix it. I am thankful ARC didn’t charge me a service charge. Good and kind businesses do exist.

Since Friday, the 1st new Rheem Water Heater had a defect. Day two, 2nd new Rheem water heater possible another defect. A tech was supposed to come out and take a look. The time window was 4-6pm, it's now 10:35 pm. No one has come. no HOT WATER for the second day. At least call a person if you can't make it. Texted tech who came out earlier and salesperson, no one responded either. Not feeling happy right now, make it right ARS. To be continued, time window Tomorrow 8am - noon.

I called ARS to repair an AC. The tech did a temporary fix and someone was suposed to come out to redo the wiring. The day came and no one showed up. I called and they were apologetic and assured me some one will call me. No one ever did. They did, however, charged me a service fee. I was very disappointed in thier lack of customer service.
