Broker/Realtor Hermie Sunga has displayed the most unprofessionalism I've seen in a long time. Not only does he have a fiduciary responsibility to his clients he has the responsibility to act in good faith. Example: Offer placed on a Monday due Wednesday. Hermie sat on offer and did not present it. He Waits to deadline to pass and asks for an extension until Monday.
