RUN!!!!! Andy did an inspection on the house we were buying. And missed a whole list of things we noticed once we moved in. Sent a repair man once. He stayed for about an hour and never returned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
I was recommended to use this company through my realtor. The home inspection seemed to have went well and house got a good inspection. Unfortunately once the winter months came I started experiencing major issues in the basement I then hired a structural engineer and basement specialist. They informed me of all the major structural issues and could not believe they were missed by the inspector. I'm looking at upwards of $30k in damages that will need to be repaired that should have been caught during the original inspection... read more
I reached out to Andy on a Friday and had the inspection scheduled, completed, and an inspection report on my hands by Monday morning. This is the type of service one can only hope for. Very professional, very responsive, and Andy answered questions about homes via text to help answer my concerns before he was ever hired to do an inspection for me. Would give less than a star if possible. My experience with Andy was horribly unprofessional overall. Andy talked to the seller of our new home and agreed to install a radon system and agreed on a price with them prior to closing. They gave us a check at closing and we scheduled a time for the install. He had not actually looked at the house before giving the quote and agreeing to do the job.
