RecommendedARS was nothing short of a lifesaver when our basement flooded! One short phone call and they were at our house in record time cleaning up water and drying out walls and carpet. ARS has been nothing be helpful in all the floods and cleanups that we’ve experienced in our basement. They are quick to respond and beyond helpful in stressful situations. They always provide us with not only exactly what we need and above and beyond. They will also be the first people I call when I need help. Highly recommend!
I would give them a negative number if possible! These people are crooks. They take your money and don't deliver what they promise. You can't trust anything they say. If you have no other choice but to use them, you best get everything in writing and a professional contract.
I asked for an estimate for mold in my crawl space. After crawling around and taking pictures- they were very honest and said they didn’t see evidence of harmful mold- but could do an air test to be sure. I really appreciated their thoroughness, and their honesty.
Appalling service. Almost 2 weeks and we still don’t have the estimate.

We owe a huge thank you to ARS!! The staff showed up promptly after we called, handled the situation, and always made themselves available to us. A special shout out to Bryan Burrus, I'm not sure how we would have made it through the process without him. He came in daily to make sure that we were satisfied with the work being done, as well as to address our concerns. After our house fire, ARS was able to start the same day I called them, they worked closely with the insurance adjuster and did a great job getting our home put back together! Thank you!
