I dropped my vehicle off at ARS Automotive on a Monday after an accident over a weekend. Working with them was a fast and a pleasant experience as they ordered the parts and got everything ready and fixed by next Tuesday. They beat the estimated date they would be done by a few days which was great. Everyone in the office from the time that I dropped it off to picking it up at 7:30 in the morning were pleasant to deal with.

I am sad to say that we have had the occasion to use ARS several times in the past two years (because needing bodywork on your car is never a good thing), but happy to say each time we have had incredibly positive experiences. The cost of service and time needed for work to be completed were beyond our expectations each time, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. I highly recommend ARS Automotive. The staff is knowledgable and courteous. The shop, office, and waiting area are immaculate. Dealing with them is pain free and they take the time to explain what's being done and why. Being fair and honest goes a long way and that's why I go there and have no problem recommending ARS to others.

I had some roof scratches after hitting my garage door. Got estimates at 2 other shops for the repair. One was nearly $400 to paint the roof, another was $200 to try to rub out the scratches or almost $500 to paint. John at ARS felt confident that the scratches could be removed. After giving it a try, John called to let me know that they were not sure it would work. I asked for an estimate to paint which was still lower that the other 2. Our vehicle needed some work so we made an appointment with ARS. Since the appointment was for Monday, we decided to take the vehicle there late Sunday. When we picked the car up, the front fender was smashed; it was damaged while on the lot at ARS. The manager did the right thing and repaired our vehicle at no cost. This was professional and courteous. Hats off to ARS!!
