Our Air Conditioner suddenly stopped working. We noticed water in our air handler tray. Our smart thermostat was dead. I called Anthony and left a message about what we were seeing. He texted back with instructions on how to troubleshoot and try to isolate where the issue was. Anthony quickly deduced from our texts and pictures that our thermostat was the problem.
