Really happy with Anthony and the A.R.S. AC repair service we got. He was excellent with communication from start to finish and made sure I understood everything he was doing. We got new coils installed on our 9-year-old system without any hassle. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell any products or services. He focused on exactly what needed to be done and got it handled quickly. Everything’s running great now! Very grateful for how responsive he was. Definitely recommend! Happy Holidays!!
My AC stopped fonctionning on a Friday (Thanksgiving WE) and Monday he installed a new one. I was impressed! Wow! What a service! Very professional!
Anthony was very personable and came with his brother. They’ve been in the A/C business for many years and it was quite obvious that they knew what they were doing. It was a big job. They were quick, efficient and thorough. They cleaned up which was a plus because I have had service men in the past that didn’t do a great job when it came to that.
