I have used Accurate Rooging Systems on three different occasions, twice for roof repairs and on the third occasion for a full roof replacement. The repairs were completed per schedule, done well, and at reasonable cost. The full roof replacement was required by the new buyers' lending agent before their loan would be approved. We had some bad storm damage to our roof, and honestly, I didn’t even know where to start. David came out, walked us through everything, and made the whole process so easy. The crew was quick, professional, and did an amazing job. You wouldn’t even know we had issues to begin with.
We have been so blessed to find some absolutely amazing home repair/improvement companies! A couple of years ago, we had a new roof installed by ARS Accurate Roofing Systems, and they did a wonderful job. Then recently we notice a leak in the attic from one of the fans they had installed. ARS came out within 24 hours of us calling them and not only fixed the leak, but replaced the attic fan at NO COST because of their awesome warranty! My experience with David and the ARS was seamless! Communication was professional and kept me informed of the process of getting my roof replaced; it took any stress off me. I was so pleased at how fast they were and how clean they left my yard afterward. I'll definitely be keeping their contact for next time!
The owner David came out and walked me through the process. This helped with dealing with the insurance and mortgage company. They placed a cover over my condenser unit (ac unit outside) and really just did a fantastic job. My roof looks good and now I am experiencing lower electricity costs.
