It's the best Mexican food around I've been coming here for 40 years we live in the hills now and come all the way down here to eat
Food was great. Service was average. Had to ask the waitress for a refill! Never asked how our lunch was. We had a nice view of the water which was nice. I'll come back only because the food is good.
Arroyo's is most likely the best Mexican restaurant in the world, let alone in Stockton! After moving up to the Sacramento area, I have still yet to find a Mexican restaurant that compares anywhere near Arroyos. It's a must have whenever I visit my family in Stockton and the food never disappoints.
