Arroyo Roofing stepped up and took on replacing my roof despite numerous challenges that made this a more difficult job than most. The house is over 100 years old and had never had a total roof replacement, rather another layer was added as needed, resulting in five layers of shingles. This produced close to 100 cu yards of debris that had to be removed, cleaned up, and hauled off. I'm really disappointed with the roofing, they did it 10 years ago and did good with the shingles but on my flat roof carpet it has come unglued three times. Last year they charged me $400 to reglue and now I have to do it again. I am a 70 year old woman and don't really want to get on my roof but I feel like that's the only way it will get done right, They didn't even roll the rubber over the side and put a metal strip around the carport, so rain always get under the rubber. I would not have them back or recommend them.
Hands down this company is one of the best in regards to home repair and restoration. Started years ago by a family member the current owners have maintained quality and perfection. For your roofing and other exterior needs you definitely need to wait in line for this company!
Arroyo Roofing did excellent work on my roofing, siding my garage, and repairing my privacy fence. They were friendly, and completed work when they said. I highly recommend them for their services.
