I had an appointment at 2 o’clock and I was running a little late. I arrive there at 2:10 but when I get there the door is locked. Doctor comes to open the door and I say thank you but he just doesn’t say anything, turns around and leaves. I go up to the front desk lady and she doesn’t notice me for 3 whole minutes. When she finally noticed me, she tells me I’m too late that the doctor only waits 10 min and that I have to reschedule. beware! I came for a cleaning since it was close to my house and they took my insurance about six months ago. He told me there was no issues. Only told me one crown was loose and if it came off to come see him. Six months later, when I went to another dentist for a more thorough exam and cleaning, they told me that I need to take the tooth out because an infection got under the crown and it had rotten.
