Exceptional all around!
Great tri-tip sandwich. We liked the beef jerky also. Reasonable prices. Don't live in the area but I wish this shop was nearby. Would go back.
Bought beef brisket jerky and it is all gristle. Flavor was unanimously disliked my all in the group. For $40/lb expectations are high and delivered product doesn't delivery. I wish I could return it.
