A nice complex, slowly deteriorating.
Arroyo Grande Apartments, in Henderson, are fabulous! The property is clean and well kept. The apartments are nice and open. The Manager, Deb, is awesome and Denise is a gem! A great office staff and a great Olen property. The maintenance guys are really nice, helpful and quick! If you're looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to live, come and check out Arroyo Grande on Stephanie!!!!
Me and my family took a tour of the property and saw the model i was blown away. The clubhouse was great, and the pool was amazing. Taylor is sweet and very helpful
