I was charged a $1,502 "reletting" fee for giving a 52 day notice instead of the required 60.... I was told my only option was to extend my lease 8 days prorated day to day for $714 to avoid the relett fee. I had to wait to get my lease offer (which they sent only 10 days before the 60 day mark) before comparing and shopping around.... So being able to do figure out if I am hoing to move or resign within 10 days while still having to work and being in the middle of Easter just wasn't enough time for me. Unprofessional staff, negative vibes in the office, unjustified fees, and every time you ask them they say: we don't know, I've lived here for a year and it feels like 20 years have passed because of the problems I've had because of them, I will never recommend anyone to make this mistake and come and live in Riata, it's an absolute joke and a waste of money and health
