Management can't spell but love to put stupid notices saying kids can't play, and in return makes them look unintelligent and unwelcoming. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Maintenance enters homes without proper notices, rats and roaches issues get pushed to the side as management only cares about rent checks being received on time. Horrible place to live.
Kids aren’t allowed to play outside, if they are they aren’t allowed to do anything but play at the park that was made with wood pieces from the side of the road & a broken slide. Can’t have bikes on our porches that we pay rent to use, we have to keep them inside in our very small storage space or a bike rack that isn’t secured. My room has been leaking since I signed my lease in August, the AC hasn’t worked since the lease was signed in August. I have lived here for many years and the property has made several recent improvements which have addressed past issues. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been handled promptly, and my townhouse is very affordable for the generous amount of space I have. The staff have always been friendly and respectful to me, and are quick to respond to communication.
The staff are so unprofessional and rude. I've been trying to get an issue resolved since the beginning of the week but have been unable to contact corporate as the leasing agent will not help me. I've called the property manager several times and emailed them but nobody answers. Edit (to the owner as there is no option for me to reply) - I did email you two weeks ago.
