My daughter was on the waitlist for a year and a half (after being told it was a 1-2 month wait). I finally got THE call and was so excited. The BCBA called me the following week to discuss the next steps (my daughter had never been seen in person by a single person). Don't waste your time here. Months and months on intake just to be told they dont accept your insurance even though you have medicaid. These folks dont care about helping kids, they just want the money.

I took my kid to an intake last week and the staff were all ever nice and friendly. They seemed to empathize with my son’s situation and seemed eager to help. Their Regional Director helped me complete my forms and suggested sections I which she wanted me to “embellish” so the “insurance would cover more”. One of these sections was maladaptive behaviors.
