Absolutely the best vet I have been to. Always make our dogs feel welcome!
Very nice and professional doctors and facility is very clean. There was a miscommunication between the staff for a follow up appointment after a surgery. I was told appointment would be included in the quote already given and paid. Upon pickup they said they were charging me extra for the appointment which was confusing and unexpected because it was the follow-up appointment that was already paid for. Today reminded me why I'm so grateful for Arrowleaf Veterinary Clinic. When my cat, Dapper Stewart, started showing signs of distress – constant meowing, restlessness, and spending unusually long periods in his litter box – I knew something wasn't right. Wow what an amazing experience! They were able to get my pups in quickly and also obtained their records prior to the visit. The Dr was very thorough and explained everything in detail and the staff were so helpful and sweet. Also, their follow up has been phenomenal. 200/10!
