Was thinking about moving here from Albuquerque because it looks nice in the pictures. But my god, the reviews are terrible. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write a review... It saved me time. Its unfortunate that the cost of rentals has gone sky high and people are forced to live in these types of conditions. The city of RR should place strict enforcement on subpar living conditions like this.

My daughter and grand-daughter live here and unfortunately can not afford to live anywhere else at the time. This place is disgusting! Some residents smoke pot and it penitrates to my daughters apartment. The walkways are filthy and smells terrible. Management needs to do something. I guess as long as they get their rent money its all good. They have no respect for the residents there. Don't move here!!!!!

I've lived here for many years and it has been bad since 2020, but has gotten very, very bad in the last year. We are on our 3rd property owner and management in a year and a half. The office staff does not answer phone calls. The water for the entire property gets turned off frequently and without notice. We have to keep extra containers of water on hand. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, VERY unprofessional, had an appointment set on a Saturday for a viewing on a apartment at 1pm I set this appointment the day before on Friday, I came and when I got here there was a sign on the door with a clock obvisouly that they would be back but says for 9:00. So I thought maybe they were running late from lunch or something, sat here for about 20 minutes still have not seen anyone. -1 star, currently looking into moving asap. Horrible management, spend 3 months without an appliance and was told that they needed to give the unleased apartments appliances first so they could lease them to create revenue to then afford to get current tenants appliances and maintenance requests done. Somehow have German roaches though we try to be very clean. Had to fight to get our AC turned on, came turned on but didn't clean system, took out filter but didn't replace it, had to go buy one ourselves, very noisy neighbors... read more
