When my mom was admitted at arrowhead hospital, there was a lack of communication, where there should have been an abundance of communication since we were not allowed to be in the hospital due to the current pandemic. We weren't notified when she was being transferred, tied down, when she came back from procedure or even how it went or that she tired to remove and did remove her tubes. It's unsatisfactory how communication was handled.

I had mix feelings taking my newborn for her shots today with the corona virus contamination but I had a pleasant experience in and out nurses and doctors were been very careful with sanitation I just have to say thank you to the arrowhead team.
