Because they either lost my late husband’s high school class ring or they stoled it before sending his body off to the mortuary to be cremated, my youngest stepson wanted it and now he’s heartbroken because he’s not going to have it!

My daughter went there with a sore throat bodyaches high fevers and all they did was tested her for Covid and eventually telling her she was positive and there’s nothing more they can do for her and sender on her way not able to deal with her high fevers and body aches that she was enduring went back for a second time and they said they could not do anything more so she went home to continue to deal with it so her dad told her go to another hospital get a second opinion somethings not right and she did had blood work done an... read more

Worse service ever, need to learn about compassion and giving dignity to the ill people , they play games with my mom health is not fair what you have done to her, unbeilable that way you “cared” for my mother, your “service” is disgusting

Honestly, they will see you, after WAY LONG WAITS! Longer than local ER then send a bill and literally right away take you to small claims and get your wages garnished 30% until it’s paid off..... PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND it’s so ghetto they have metal detectors at the door... good luck finishing a decently clean seat to sit in for 10 hours....
that hospital literally left me 2 die.... 2 weeks I was bleeding n they couldn't pin point where it was coming from I had 2 have 4 units of blood they didn't let me eat at all I only had 1 day of soiled food.... I am very disappointed in Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and how they have handled the recent outbreak of coronavirus cases in the department, Patient Accounts. On Sunday June 28, 2020 the appropriate supervisors were informed of 2 positive test results and another positive test result on June 29, 2020, with one more employee still waiting on their results. I have always had a good experience went to the ER and the nurses and doctors took care of me and had no judgement
They don’t practice social distancing in their ER they sit patients next to each other not even a foot away. They claim to be helping people seems like they don’t care. Or are just plain negligent in regards for the safety of people. Shame on you Andrew Goldfrach

For a county hospital, this place was very clean and the staff were professional. If I absolutely had to go there again, I would.
