I will NEVER take my child here again. Staff clearly isn’t even competent enough to bill his insurance correctly (or at all, for that matter,) even after both his father and I showed the insurance card and gave them all information necessary. Awful.

Well my uncle came into the er through ambulance because he was unresponsive and it was about 130pm and was in the hallway waiting for a room and it was 5pm and they put him on a wheelchair and to wait outside to see a doctor. 630pm I had to speak up and tell them something he has diabetic and has to eat. now he has to do test and wait a long time for the results. I came in for a scheduled inducement and was there for 4 days all together and I must say thank you to all of the nurses who were by my side. You guys were awesome. I understand all of them were working long shifts but my needs or questioned never went unanswered. I had an amazing experience because of all of your workers.
