Well my uncle came into the er through ambulance because he was unresponsive and it was about 130pm and was in the hallway waiting for a room and it was 5pm and they put him on a wheelchair and to wait outside to see a doctor. 630pm I had to speak up and tell them something he has diabetic and has to eat. now he has to do test and wait a long time for the results. I think the hospital should live up to there name and care about people. all I got was mean people. what happen to the love and compassion for people. I hope no on... read more

RecommendedI came in for a scheduled inducement and was there for 4 days all together and I must say thank you to all of the nurses who were by my side. You guys were awesome. I understand all of them were working long shifts but my needs or questioned never went unanswered. I had an amazing experience because of all of your workers.

My name is Luz E Rios and I’ve been in arrowhead regional since Wed Oct 31st 2018 and I just want to praise all the staff from the housekeepers, custodians, student nurses, lunch people, nurses, Doctors on 5-South. I was in room 5301 and every person that entered my room was so hospitable, sweet, friendly, professional , that I didn’t even feel I was in a hospital! You have a great staff on that wing!!
