My sweet, Alejandra Shores is still in critical condition because this hospital is refusing to do the major surgeries she needs from a head on collision (from almost two weeks ago)! Insurance excuses should NOT be the reason to refuse anybody the help they need to survive!! The hospital keeps pushing back her surgery date, nobody deserves to be treated like this. I received emergency service from the ER staff and was very satisfied with the treatment I received I had a serious infection in my finger and the medical treatment I received saved my finger from amputation thank you all that took care of me
