If I could give a zero I would. I waited a month and a half for me to walk in and get dismissed. Was not there for more than Five minutes. Dr. had a horrible bedside manner. I will be finding another place who can at least give me their time..
My dr is excellent but patient communication is terrible. Can't create account in their app, unable to e mail them and no help when calling after hours.
Unless you’re having surgery and have something obvious on your MRI, don’t go here. I came in with neck pain on each side aggravated by and due to bilateral wrist and elbow pain due to work injury for two separate reasons and lumbar pain with radiation pain down to my hamstring. I’m sitting here, it’s 9:53. I have an 8 am appointment. They say they are waiting for a room but meanwhile there are plenty of folks being taken back. Horrible service!
