I've called on 3 separate occasions my call was answered by an operator once. There other 2 times I entered my phone number so they can call me back. I haven't received a call and it's been about a week. Bad service
This facility needs to work on honoring patients' appointment times. Two hours late is unacceptable. They expect us to be punctual to our appointments but they aren't able to have the same courtesy.
