Yesterday, I went to my appointment that had been scheduled 4 months in advance. When I got there, I was told that they didn’t have me scheduled. I said it was the date on my appointment card but I didn’t have it with me. It was 45 minutes to closing and Jamie de Coster was still with other patients. She graciously agreed to see me anyway. I truly appreciate her!
