I’ve been a regular client at Arrowhead Orthopedic, attending therapy sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 PM. Unfortunately, I’ve faced consistent issues with the scheduling, especially with the receptionist, Suzy. Despite my clear requests to maintain my preferred time slots, Suzy repeatedly changed them without notifying me properly, and I had to constantly follow up. This has made my experience frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the clinic can improve communication and consistency moving forward.

Worst place to go I had a full knee replacement I am struggling and seems like there not doing anything to follow up I got it in march and I am still in pain feel numbness I trip a lot as I can’t lift my leg a lot and nothing is done

Worst Ortho service ever. My son was put in cast for 6 weeks. We had planned a vacation after 6 weeks. Right before the day his cast supposed to be removed the doctor goes on his vacation and they informed us without any inch of remorse that they cannot remove his cast, neither can they find another person to do it. I mean for you need a doctor to remove the cast !!! . This will be last time I go here.

My wife drove down there 45 minutes just to be told that my child did not have a broken leg which the ER already stated he did but the doctor said because my child said he was OK. He couldn’t put the cast. This doctor is a joke and a complete waste of time Doesn’t play by the rules. He has his own ideas on how things should be so good luck to anyone that visits this place. Also, the front desk is very rude. They don’t even have equipment that they tell you that you need and they just send you home.
