I waited for 2 hrs to get a simple urine test done and they are very rude and very bad service especially the front desk employees are very rude
Not sure what people are talking about in their reviews, came in for a drug screening for a new job and front desk was nice, welcomed me in. Wait was about 20-30 minutes because there were people ahead of me but once I got in, it took about 2 minutes for the whole process. bathroom was clean and everything was fine. honest review.
I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was not only rude but raised her voice at me without even greeting me.
