Saw Dr Merkle, very professional and caring. The staff was as well!!

It took me over 2 months to get an appointment to see the Dr & when I arrived they didn't have my MRI 3 people including the Dr asked me if I had it & I told all 3 of them no so he ordered X-RAYS 4 my Nerve Damage & said he didn't recommend anything for me at this time except PT & If I haven't heard anything in 30 days to give them a call & I might want to start looking for another career & he would see me in 6 weeks WORST DR EXPERIENCE EVER����������

2 surgeries with 2 different doctors. Last one was as successful as can be expected considering spinal stenosis and arthritis. Major complaints are the difficulty getting an appointment and the wait time in the office. I finally got in to see the doctor almost 2 hours after my appointment time. They try to squeeze too many people in.
This place was awesome !! All the employees were nice and very helpful.. I haven't been to a doctor's office with nice staff in a long time.. I definitely reccomend.. the doctor was awesome too!!!
They did a good job on my wrist, I feel comfortable with the way they wrapped it up in the cast.

Always such polite and helpful staff. Doctor Hopkins is an amazing surgeon and really listens to his patients and puts their best interests first.
