My experience for the most part has been positive. The office staff have been courteous and professional. My interactions with the Dr’s and Dr. Assistants have been the same. My only negative is the phone service, wait times are too long and many you have to be transferred more than once to reach the intended person.
This place is amazing. Very nice building, great customer service. The best. For a medical Facility they gave best service no waiting.😊 and the guy the took my xrays super nice .id have to say everyone was great . Doctor honest. To the point. Real
Dr. Patton is not in a hurry with you. He listens to you and then explains your condition and what he can do to treat you. Hats off to a doctor that cares!
Outstanding care and treatment
I had already seen three doctors in six months that I had not helped me. Dr Ghazal at Arrowhead orthopedics has done more for me and one visit than the other three doctors combined. He is very personable and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him.
Very professional they answer any questions you might have in a timely manner. All staff is great.
