Waiting time is so bad... we got to appt 30 min prior and waited 1.5 he to go into room Nd still waiting to be seen at this moment. wow!!! not good for our first time
Megan Straw was very helpful and informative! From the front desk check-in to the end of my appointment I was treated with respect and friendliness. I feel it is important to build a relationship with your patients as well as you building one with your Doctor and I feel that Megan Straw cares for her patients enough to do that!! Thank you again!!

Great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Hopkins and his team were amazing. I stayed over night at their new surgery center. Nurses were awesome, very attentive, on time for pain meds and meals. Responded right away to the nurses call. Thank you, Dr. Hopkins, the surgery team and my nurses J, Marcia and Debi. You guys rock and it really shows how much you love your job in the way you treat your patients!! Answered prayers all the way around.
RecommendedI had hip replacement A little over two weeks ago. Dr J has been so good from beginning until my most recent visit. He has a great staff who provided me with the utmost compassion and care. I’ll see him again in 2 weeks for a final check-up. I’m just so excited to be on the road to recovery thanks to Arrowhead Orthopaedics-Rancho and staff.
