Riverside office my favorite they greet you.. Help with whatever you need . Dr.Sang Le is courteous smart bright young man who knows his job and got my surgeries done with excellent results with the damage done from injuries. I can’t express my thanks enough to this Doctor and his staff . If your looking for a Doctor who knows how to do a carpal tunnel surgery or arthroplasty on a hand arm he’s knows what he’s doing . I had an absolutely horrible experience at this office. The receptionist was extremely rude when I tried to book my son’s appointment—she kept cutting me off and made me feel like I was bothering her. When we finally saw Dr. Hopkins, he was just as unprofessional. He walked into the room without knocking, kept the door open during our conversation, and became visibly frustrated when I asked him simple questions. I'm glad that this office didn't accept my insurance. I wouldn't recommend using them. I didn't even get past their front office. When making my 1st appt the person didn't verify whether they even accepted my insurance even though I handed my insurance card to her. Then came the call. The person calling me was so unintelligent and spoke so fast I couldn't understand them. Even after replaying the message several times. Upon arriving at my appt. 2 days ago no pain in area were hip was grinding my bones like a suenomme now it's so stable that socket Dr Shaw drilled and sanded my bone to perfection because I feel no bone to bone and know I will walk. Soon perfect anothesoligest what a wizard that guy is .very happy with the results . No bullshit . But this is my 2 day
My son and I had the greatest experience at this location. Gabby, the receptionist, was very accommodating and does her job efficiently. Dr. Powers is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. He took great care of my child. I felt like my son was in highly capable hands. The entire staff including the x-ray techs, doctor's assistant, and cast/orthopedic tech were all simply amazing.
