Service Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. My service advisor communicated with me and I could easily ask questions via the text number he provided. I suppose I could have called him also, but text was preferable to me.
Jeff was our sales person, he is very outgoing and respectful. He made sure that we are comfortable with the numbers and he follows up properly.
This was my first time buying a car remotely. Simon made it seamless. He was polite, responsive and even when we went to the wrong dealership on the very opposite side of the valley and were very late, everyone was very nice and efficient.
