Me and my family visited Dr Rachel Judranatha and Dr Tommy Le today in search of the perfect local family doctors in Melbourne. We’ve been attending the clinic now for approximately 5 years seeing both Dr Nitsuke and Dr Agborchi and can’t sing their praises enough. Both of these doctors that we’ve seen have been wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience was not anywhere near the level received previously when we booked an appointment for a vaccination with the nurse for our daughter on a Friday night at 6:30pm after work. My family and I have seen multiple doctors at this clinic (Dr Ntsuke, Dr Chukwuemeka Uhuegbu, Dr Le, etc.), and they have all been very helpful and friendly. They fought hard for my father's health, and it's very much appreciated. I also love the reception staff and nurses. They're absolutely lovely and so, so kind. Can't say the same about the pharmacists next door, but we can't have it all 🤷♀️
I had two consultations with dr.Chukwuemeka Bonnie Uhuegbu and both experiences were disappointing. During my appointments, he came across as rushed, dismissive, and at times rude. I felt like my concerns weren’t properly listened to, and the focus was just on ending the consultation quickly.
