Extremely disappointing and unreasonable patient service. Want a copy of your own medical reports? Pay 35c/page + physically come in to collect them — rather than having them simply emailed to you. This is not about the money. It is about the principle and the attitude towards patients. Five stars all around! The clinic is clean and modern, and the reception staff are lovely and welcoming. Dr Aisha is thorough, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Excellent care, smooth telehealth follow-up, and bulk billing even on Sundays. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for many years, and we’ve always had a fantastic experience. A huge shoutout to Nikki and Ivy at the front desk, they are so kind, never make you feel rushed, and always go out of their way to find different ways to help you out.
