My family have been going to Arrowhead for almost 7 years. Dr Ayesha Sorefan is my go-to all the time for myself and all my kids. Very patient, very caring and thorough, always listens and never rushes through any appointment. She's an amazing GP! Nurses at the clinic are great too, have been there many times for vaccinations. 1 less star due to long wait time sometimes. Hope to see better scheduling/allocation of appointment in the future.
I experienced a sudden drop in blood pressure and rushed to Mercy Emergency. Due to a long wait, I decided to consult Dr. Chukwuemeka Bonnie Uhuegbu at Arrowhead Medical Centre—this was my first time seeing him. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Dr. Uhuegbu showed little interest in understanding my symptoms, which included nausea, dizziness, weakness, and palpitations. Bad service, very unprofessional.
We recently saw Dr. Chukwuemeka Bonnie for our 2-year-old daughter and had a great experience. He was patient, kind, and took the time to make her feel comfortable before starting the check-up. He even gave her stickers, which she loved! For the first time, she didn’t cry at a doctor’s visit. Highly recommend!
