Our family have been attending this clinic now for 8 months and have experienced fantastic service and attention from the reception, doctors and staff.
My family have been going to Arrowhead for almost 7 years. Dr Ayesha Sorefan is my go-to all the time for myself and all my kids. Very patient, very caring and thorough, always listens and never rushes through any appointment. She's an amazing GP! Nurses at the clinic are great too, have been there many times for vaccinations. 1 less star due to long wait time sometimes. Hope to see better scheduling/allocation of appointment in the future.
I experienced a sudden drop in blood pressure and rushed to Mercy Emergency. Due to a long wait, I decided to consult Dr. Chukwuemeka Bonnie Uhuegbu at Arrowhead Medical Centre—this was my first time seeing him. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Dr. Uhuegbu showed little interest in understanding my symptoms, which included nausea, dizziness, weakness, and palpitations.
