I have used Joe for two home inspections. He is professional and thorough. I have also used Joe on other construction projects and he is a true craftsman.
Joe did the home inspection for our house as we were going through the purchase process, and we were very pleased in all respects. He communicated clearly and thoroughly, was very detailed and precise in his examination of the home, and revealed aspects that we had overlooked in our own inspections. He also volunteered to assist us for any future needs we may have, even if it was just to ask for advice. I would recommend Joe to anybody, and will be using his services again in the future.
I found Joe to not be trustworthy. We called him out to do an off records inspection of the work my contractors were doing. He said absolutely, don't have workers while he was there, he would even call the contractor and let me know what he thought of the contractors knowledge. Great. What he did instead was waste my time talking about termites/bugs for 10 minutes when the tree was already cut back and studs replaced.
