I've been here a couple of times over the years and the customer service was good but I have to give it one stars because now it's so hard to get in contact with anybody. Whether for a ups drop off or to ask about med. Even if I go when it says they're open the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones and now with CVS closed if I want reliable pharmacy help I have to go all the way to Walmart. Sad to see man.
They never open on time and don't pick up the phones you have to get their in person to get anything done and that's extremely inconvenient
I intentionally support Black-owned businesses, but Arrowhead Pharmacy has been a major disappointment. They are rarely open on time, customer service is poor, and the overall level of professionalism is unacceptable. The disrespect shown to customers is frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Always so personable when I call. They can make a joke and laugh at one too lol. I love the personality from the pharmacist to the techs who answer calls. Keep it up
I always want to support black own businesses but the fact that this pharmacy never opens on time if I go to Walgreens they ready for service they have to get better
