World Class Art Framing of all kinds.... worthy of a Masters Degree ! – I wanted my mother's Master's Degree framed properly. I brought it to Candy at Arrowhead. She said that it was parchment which is an animal skin and that she would have a paper conservator prepare it for framing. It was nearly sixty years old.
